be a Workers Compensation claim, which would limit your company's liability, unless you allowed a dangerous safety issue to go unaddressed that gave rise to the injury. In any event, I would get a lawyer and make your insurance providers and workers compensation manage this if this employee keeps trying to milk his injury claim. Sounds like you're doing most of this already.
