A buddy of ours is a home inspector. He went to do a walk through for a buyer
And noticed the home (large, north facing) had a heated driveway.
"Did you have this installed, or did it come with the house?"
"What are you talking about?"
"Your heated driveway..."
"I've never even heard of those."
He'd lived in the house for 8 years, and shoveled manually the entire time.
