A lot of times you feel the kidney stone in your back.
The stone blocks the urine from emptying into your bladder and it backs up in the kidney. That’s what causes the most pain.

You’ll also may feel pain in your groin more.

If it hurts to the point your getting nauseous, it might be best to head to the ER.
