Let’s be honest. This started as a conversation about if “the eyes of Texas” has racial overtones. The video was posted to distract our focus onto something entirely different.

It feels like people are trying to bury their heads in the sand and ignore reality because of the centuries of race-neutral slave trade. Wha???

I merely pointed out the video (which I’ve seen by the way) has no bearing on the current convo. Interesting, educating, and enlightening as it is in its own context it adds little to the current convo.
