Romney had more than twice the rushing yards and TDs In HS than Hall did. He was

Playing on a broken toe during his starts in 2019 and looked great. He was playing 2nd and 3rd string mop up during 2020, with coaches intentionally not trying score more points. In addition to double the rushing numbers his past passing stats were also much better. Romney may very well have the highest ceiling here, at the very least it’s not a given that Hall does.
