So it needs Android 9 and a usb-c charging port it looks like. They also list compatible phones.

Sure you can't get Android apps on your Chromebook? Most can now.

This app likely doesn't work on chromebook. And even if he sideloads the app and it doesn't crash, he'd need an adapter
