There are far too many occasions where a ball that is thrown up for grabs results in a PI call against the defense! I feel too many games already get altered that way!...Not to mention a subtle defensive holding call.

I understand that’s part of the game, but it affects momentum and outcomes more than just the natural sequence of an onside kick.
