College sports will become the new G League. Athletes who develop late will have

a chance to show their ability then move to Overtime Elite or straight to the NBA.

Supporters are no longer able to actively participate in the support of school, geographic location, or family so as viewers only they will gravitate either to the most entertaining/best or to a new hobby.
