I doubt it. The US sports market is already pretty saturated.
I’ll be surprised if it gets off the ground at all. I’ll be shocked if it actually takes off.
Again, Sports markets are currently shrinking, not expanding. I expect that trend to continue for some time as millennials and zoomers have far less interest in sports than boomers and X’rs did. Participation in youth sports leagues are tanking. I see very little reason to believe that a league like this will find long term success.
I wish them luck, though.

This is a serious blow to guys like coach K and Calipari. They make a living off finding the elite 1 and done kids.
