My dad was paying a ton with farmers & then shopped around, now paying $400/yr
Apparently some providers “specialize” in earthquake and are able to provide better premiums.
But I’ve heard from others that if you have it and a big earthquake hits, they don’t really help you...?
Anyone else know how the insurance actually works? Friend made it sound like there are loopholes for these insurers🤷♂️
