I'm sorry, I know it sounds like I'm a typical Jazz fan with a persecution complex (which is accurate), but think about it: In two successive days we've seen a clip of Deron Williams talking about how desperately he tried to get players to come play in Utah and nobody wanted to do it, and now LeBron James/KD picking our guys last and mocking.
Utah is not a part of the cool kids club, and it's kind of sad. I feel bad for guys like Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert who are genuine all stars, awesome players, but they're not a part of the superstar fraternity. LeBron and KD would rather play with guys like Sabonis and Vucevic.
The league, including players and fans, just doesn't like Utah--the state, the players, the fans, the whole deal.
