Today is day 29 of doing at least 100 pushups/day. I sucked at doing any workouts the last 8 months, so basically started from the bottom.
I'm not a weak guy, but I know I'm not super strong or anything.
Days 1-5: 10 sets of 10 pushups throughout the day. Probably could've done sets of 12, but watching monk gave the need for a nice round number.
Days 6-13: 7 sets of 15 thru the day. First couple of days was struggling to hit 15
Days 14-19: 5 sets of 20 thru the day
Days 20-24: 4 sets of 25 thru the day
Day 25-now: 4 sets of 30 thru the day
I may start doing a few more sets a day just for the hay of it, but in less than a month, my body has been able to go from 12 to 30 pushups in a row. Very eager to see what lies ahead. I don't know that I've been able to that many in a set since highschool.
