I don't workout to beat any Personal Records or to be a huge beefcake. I workout so I don't look and feel like crap. I have done a lot of different workouts and there is nothing comparable to the small amount of effort that goes into doing 100 push ups a day and the effect it has on me. I swear it takes like 45min in the gym to get the same results for me.(I know I must be doing it wrong) My point is push ups are easy, convenient, most effective workout you can do.
