For about 2 months, I've spent most every night fighting throat phlegm
If I had a better gag reflex (sorry to disappoint), I'd stuff a toothbrush down my throat to scrub it clean.
It's the same torture every night. At least Saturday isn't a regular work day so whether I manage to sleep for a few hours or not doesn't matter so much.
There must be some sort of cure. It's become more disruptive to my well-being as my tinitus.
