We still struggle on offense too much, but our rotations (particularly our wing play) is much better now. The length weaknesses of ABBA ball (which is something Pope is obviously thoroughly committed to) — it's been mitigated to a significant degree by playing them alongside three defensive monsters in Gideon, Lohner & Haarms.

If Gavin were playing & healthy --or if Haarms ran the floor better-- I'd think we'd have a real (though modest) shot at stealing the title from the Zags. While I'm excited to get another crack at them, I just don't see a reasonable path to beating them with our current personnel.
