and BPI as a 7 seed. Those are the 6 metrics officially used by the committee. Our Quad record breakdown looks to me to be about equal to those projected as 5 or 6 seeds, so I’m not sure why we are projected as a 7 seed by most. What’s going on?

Sure, I’ve heard we haven’t had as many higher end wins, but the teams ahead of us that do have more bad losses that in my mind (and all of the computers’ minds) easily balance it out). Can anyone explain to me why some brackets still have us as an 8 or 9 seed and most have us as a 7 seed?
