Reviewing resumes for a job in my dept and just smh
One guy listed in his skill section that he was proficient in using Gmail, Twitter and Facebook. One woman had an interest and hobbies section that said she liked putting on puppet shows in her free time.
This is for a job that requires expertise in Excel and they don’t say if they even know how to use Excel. Sad thing is we only got 4 applicants for a job that pays 130k a year so these two will definitely be interviewed.
