It’s like people who tell me I shouldn’t eat at Panda Express because it isn’t authentic Chinese....

Newsflash, it’s possible to like Chinese AND Panda Express. It’s also possible to like Taco Bell and authentic Mexican.
I get you served your mission in Mexico and you “know authentic Mexican food” and stuff... but at the end of the day, tasty food is tasty food. I don’t care what it’s ethnic designation is or if it is authentic or not.
