They are 1-12 in those games. Their one win? Utah in 2016 (Gonzaga was an 11 seed). One of those 12 losses is to us back when Jimmer was here.

Point of this is just that winning against top teams in the tournament is not easy. We learned that with Jimmer when we went 0-2 against 2 seeds (K-State, Florida). We all want to see BYU go on a run with Pope at the helm. Its certainly possible, lots of cinderellas have proven that to be true. In order for it to happen though we likely will need some chaos in our region to help us get there.
