This is my thinking as well. The low supply is ridiculous. Any time any open

house goes up it becomes a zoo of people. Doesn't really matter where too much. There are not enough homes to meet demand so bidding wars are happening. If Utah somehow caught up with demand I could see home prices going down.

Also, the crash people keep telling me about I heard about it like 3-4 years ago and tons of people telling me to wait. I ignored that and glad I did.
