It's been artificially propped up by interest rates, holding back foreclosures.. Incomes are NOT keeping up with the inflation on values and it can't continue forever. This is classic pre crash talk (well it hasn't the past 4 years and they've talked about it the last 4 years).

I used to be the one telling people not to worry about it in 2006-2007..
