As per any distribution contract, you become a reseller and have the option of buying and reselling from your inventory, but with many sales being driven through social media channels, you can even skip that step and set up drop shipping.
Nor is there a monthly minimum to purchase. At all.

They don't suck yes some of their distributors do that is the nature of MLM sadly, but Nu Skin is a great company
