I’ll keep that in mind when my kid is still playing and your kid quit.

Sports goals for kids are generally about having fun and being with friends. Parents yelling on the sidelines generally are looking for the win and burn out kids. Saw it first hand with a team I coached. His kid quit because it was always run faster, etc.
