If they go with Taysom, I think it’s a very different offense from the Brees. What I’m saying is it’s that offense vs.
Jameis offense PLUS Taysom at knife.
This is what Payton decides between. Not just two QBs in the same offense. Two offenses that are fundamentally different and with Jameis at QB he still gets to use Taysom in the creative role he’s developed for him. But the reverse isn’t true. If Taysom is QB, there’s not also another Taysom on the field.
