I'm fine with it. But it should be consistent across the board. Y/N answers to:
1) did the student graduate from seminary? (which includes attendance requirements, reading requirements, etc)

Bad rec is a crapshoot if the recommender doesn't tell the applicant "look, I can write you a letter, but I don't know
