They have an entire warehouse full of mail. They stopped working for nearly
3 months due to COVID. And prior to that it was common for a mailed return to take 4-6 months.
I'm guessing nobody has even opened your ammendment.
E-filed amendments are a new thing this year and it will certainly help in the future.
You could try filing an ammended return by efile for 2019 and it will get processed before the paper return you sent.
