You don’t have to spend a lot of money to create great memories
Interesting thing with my kids (who have been to great places) some of their favorite memories are about some of the family nights we had together with the creative games. Camping trips too. Trips to do and see stuff near you. Weekend trips to places 3-4 hours away. Do they remember the big trips? Sure. But I think there was more family bonding on the little stuff.
As a kid, one of my fondest memories was the tour of Lehman Caves at Great Basin National Park in Utah.
