Alright CB Docs, what do you think our next step is? My wife has been dealing
with abdominal pain, nausea and diarrhea for several years now. Attacks happen randomly and she has maybe 1 or 2 days a week where she feels good.

These attacks are often accompanied by a low grade fever.

She has had an upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, and HIDA scan.

HIDA scan did show that her gallbladder was not emptying, so she had the removed in the beginning of February.

This has helped a lot of her pain after eating, but she still gets pain after eating.

She is eating gluten free, dairy free, low Fodmap which is like the worst diet you could imagine. She had lost over 40 pounds and weighs less than she did when we got married.

She sticks to this diet 100% and still has frequent symptoms.

Not sure what to do next. I understand it can take a few months to get back to normal after having your gallbladder removed, but we're coming up on 3 months. It has resolved a lot of her pain issues. Keep waiting? Go back to the GI doc? I'm not even sure what they'd suggest at this point.
