Mechanic is arrested busting into a store at night and basically gets paroled to work on cop cars chasing high speed drug traffickers. Gets framed by crooked cops and has to clear his name. Nothing new, but relative lean and well put together — more engaging than I expected. Big finale gets a little silly, but action sequences are pretty good.
