SDSU seemed to have come in trying to mimic CCUs gameplan - which was run the ball, run a lot even on 3rd downs...and it was working for them. I wonder if that is how teams are going to start playing us this next season.
Frustrating enough, SDSU was able to keep the offense on the field, eating up tons of clock. Converted a TO into a TD and were up 14-7 in the 2nd qtr. Again they were driving, but, went away from the run one play and threw a pick. That turnover was a big one as BYU would score the next 21 points. Before that pick SDSU had whittled our win probability to just 52% (the game started at 89%).
