understand how to read it. Spent an hour on chat with AT&T to figure out the "shared plan charges". There's even line on the bill labeled that but it shows $0.00. Then all the things you would consider "shared charges" are attached to one random phone line. Pretty sure that one line is not THAT much more than all the others. If you want to know the charges for that one phone without the shared account charges, they act like you're asking to not be charged for them. No, I just want them on the separate line labeled as such. Why is that so hard?
