My current boss asked me this question the other day and I was quite surprised. He asked like I wouldn't trust someone else, but I hadn't really thought about it before. I don't think it would make a huge impact on what I decided to do — being LDS doesn't make someone magically more virtuous or trustworthy (see TrueTrue) but I have found having an LDS background definitely makes for a quicker connection when meeting people.
