We get approached multiple times a year, but turn them down. The requirements to train someone are getting easier, but I don’t see how you get around the “apprenticeship”. You just need that training (they’ve already made it shorter here). But it requires so much time and splitting of attention, and as a one man shop (basically), it means sacrificing business to help. That’s why I am only training family.
