My wife is an appraisal trainee, we thought it would be a good option since she
is a school teacher and has afternoons and summer off. It has been a complete pain in the butt to try and get licensed, even with her father as her trainer, we are 3 years in to this and still don't see and end in sight.

Why is the answer not just a simple computer program that does some data modeling to find a value range based on comps
