for nearly every meal when we camp for a week at the beach. Its basically a big flattop griddle that we use for breakfast every day (hashbrowns, pancakes, eggs, french toast, bkfst burritos), we cook quesadillas at lunch with tortillas and shredded cheese, if we catch and cook fish I fry them on the griddle, etc. I scrape it down between meals but don't have to wash a pan for every meal.
