League for sure, and that's how the vast majority outside the US feel.
Just look at the lineups put out there sometimes on cup games.
It's a different mentality then here in the US for sure, so since it's foreign soccer, EPL and all other soccer leagues outside the US, I would agree with the foreign area's own mentality and beliefs. Cause that's more important to them. MLS would be different though
