I have a take out restaurant I go to semi-regularly that does that. After the first time, I started paying with cash so

I didn't have to deal with the tip issue when using my card. They had a tip jar near the register for cash customers. I've never tipped because I'm just going through a line to pick up my food. There is no service involved except putting my food in a bag. Sorry, I don't tip for that.
