For you cardio folks, what do you think about to help take your mind off the
miserable exercise you’re doing?

Just music? Watch a show? Podcast?

My cardio usually consists of 5 minutes of “this sucks, this sucks, this sucks, this sucks... ok I quit.”

I love lifting, sprinting, or playing a sport. But for some reason I feel obligated to do even a small amount of cardio. Should I even bother? What’s the point?
