The next 3 days were all forecasted red flag days. Rental company would not send out an employee to help us launch on any red flag day.

Month later, got a survey from the company. Let them have it and used some colorful language. They gave me a full refund which was unexpected.
Whole experience soured me on LP. Won't ever go back. Not worth the hassle of having to plan a backup vacation in case it is too windy.
