I quit my job to start a business about 6 months before the pandemic hit. I am
fortunate to work in an industry that hasn't taken a financial hit from covid and was still able to grow things at a solid rate.

My business went from about 80% WFH to 100%. I learned even before the pandemic hit how hard it was to no longer have those 30 minutes to myself driving to work and again driving home.

As mentioned by another poster in this thread, I found it helpful to take up walking/running for 30-60 minutes a day 5x a week, and it made a SUBSTANTIAL difference in my psyche.

I do miss the office social environment, but I still have my people I interact with to get my social fixes.
