they live entirely on the main floor and never go into the basement which has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a great room. the basement is solely for kids/grandkids who come visit. it works great and there's enough kids who live close enough to visit regularly but not so close so there's a lot of overnight guests.

the Church just built the Cedar City temple 100 yds from their house, so the property value probably doubled or even tripled since they bought it 15 yrs ago.
