It’s on Flathead Lake in Montana.....We tried to be size conservative in the design and it ended up being 3200 sq ft. Main level Kitchen, Dining area, Great Room, MB and 1.5 Baths. Walkout basement with Family room, two bedrooms and two baths, laundry room, mech room and storage room.

I was hoping to go smaller and cheaper.........I guess there is some functionality that you just don’t want to give up (some related to family/friend visitors) that requires space.
