and very few things really rattle her. She's had a couple jobs prior to this one, but retail is more 'direct customer' and she's just dealt with quite insane personalities with just crazy, unorganized thoughts about what people do or do not want. She's been brought to tears twice and she hardly ever cries...

and that's setting aside the blatant thefts that occur on a daily basis...
