Promoters love to see tickets flying out the door, as does the school especially if there is a buy back clause. Both (happy promoters and school) result in more opportunities for such venues
Negative: individuals with potential to purchase tickets in the blocked out sections are more likely to exercise their options to scalp the tickets for a premium. If ticket sales are slow, fewer would exercise their option to avoid risk of loss.
It will be interesting to see where the scalped tickets begin for the premium sections/seats
