Kids want to play for a great coach. Great coaches get interviews.

I love my job and the people I work with, but if someone wants to interview me I usually take the interview. This helps my employer know that I’m sought after as well. Why shouldn’t Pope leverage his success for a pay raise?

Also, at the end of the day I’d rather have a coach that someone else wants to hire rather than the opposite problem.
