I road from Murray up to Davis County a few years ago and there were several spots where it wasn't super clear where the primary trail was. Consequently, I'd follow a spur that turned into a dead end or gravel path and have to backtrack to try a different route. Seems like it mostly happened when the trail went into a park and it wasn't clear which path or sidewalk went out the other side to the rest of the trail.
I think there were a couple of places as you get up into SLC that it crossed a road and there was a little jig in the trail too - wasn't always easy to know where it picked up on the other side of the road. But I usually found it with a little looking around.
It is awesome to have something like that - which covers such a great distance.
