I grew up in Utah but moved out of state in my 20s.

I told a work colleague that he was “up in the night.” And he looked at me like I was up in the night. He’d never heard that before. I quickly raced to google, and the only places I could find it referenced was on Utah-related websites. Not sure if it’s a western thing, but al I could find was Utah.
