Me. Apparently someone opened an Amazon account in my name and bought a $399 gift card that I needed to cancel. I couldn't cancel it over the phone, I could only do so on a desktop or laptop Microsoft computer.

I gladly kept her on the phone for literally as long as possible. I went to the bathroom, made breakfast for my kids, changed my clothes, finally very frustratedly, she asked why I was taking so long to get to my computer. I frankly said, "every minute you spend talking to me is one less minute you can spend cheating some poor old person out of their money."

She hung up on me. Can you believe that?
