History Question - Why is Japan's Tojo NOT a universally known evil villain
So, I've been listening to several World War II audio books lately.... And I'm just shocked at Tojo and what he did ... and that he is NOT up there on the list of most evil villains ever (with Hilter and Stalin and Ghengis Khan etc...)

He seems to have had sooo many of the same traits that we condemn now ...
Driven by racism and willing to slaughter the "inferior" races
Massive deaths under is rule
World Wars
Sneak attacks and treachery
Rape of Nanking
Batan Death March
War crimes and POW mistreatment

He really had it all..... But yet he seems to be not used as an example of evil nearly as much as some of his contemporaries like Hilter and Stalin that he worked with and followed.

Nazi observers in China saw the rape of Nanking and send word back to Hilter that the Japanese were out of control and committing horrible crimes against Humanity!!! REALLY!?!?! How bad does that have to be!?!?
