Writing these are tough. My mom passed away a few years back and we had to have
Obituary to the newspaper within about 9 hours of her passing. It is difficult to put a person’s life into a few paragraphs. Good luck!

IMO save the long tribute for the eulogy. I’d shoot for 500-750 words.
